I describe myself as an Intuitive Empathic Healer, a title that reflects my innate intuitive and healing abilities, as well as my training as a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Through Intuitive Empathic Healing, I draw upon my intuitive perception, empathic understanding, and Reiki training to facilitate healing and offer deeper insight into life's journey. By examining our experiences through a spirit-centered perspective grounded in a higher power, we can gain greater clarity about the past, better understand the present, and consider the possibilities that lie ahead.

At nine years old, I began sharing information well beyond my years and discovered that I came from a long line of seers. Since then, Spirit has guided me in my ability to see, hear, feel, and sense clearly and deeply, reach the heart and crux of the matter, and help bridge communication gaps between the living and the dead, as well as across dimensions beyond ordinary perception.

From infants to older adults, I have supported individuals from all walks of life as they navigate a wide range of challenges. Together, we connect the dots across your experiences, explore the lens through which you see the world, and uncover insights that can bring greater clarity, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

My Approach to Healing

As an Intuitive Empathic Healer, I draw upon my insight, knowledge, and experience to help people explore their lives and personal experiences, often bringing clarity to matters they are seeking to understand. My work also includes helping people recognize and understand their own intuitive and empathic abilities, whether they are just beginning to discover them, have long sensed their presence, or are seeking clarity about experiences they do not yet understand.
Through this work, I help people acknowledge aspects of themselves that may have remained unexplored or unrecognized. Together, we connect the dots, explore patterns, and examine the lens through which they see the world, creating opportunities for deeper self-understanding and greater confidence in their own experiences.
I believe the person we must know best before drawing our last breath is ourselves. My aim is to create a safe, collaborative space where people can explore what they are experiencing, develop their own understanding, and strengthen their trust in themselves—so they can become their own heroes.

An Intuitive Empathic Healing session offers a space to explore your life experiences, relationships, and the questions that matter to you. Through intuitive insight and empathic understanding, I help you connect the dots, illuminate missing pieces of your puzzle, and consider experiences from a different perspective.
Oftentimes, healing is experienced in real time during a session, as understanding deepens, connections emerge, and clarity unfolds. That healing can continue beyond the session as these insights take root and influence how you understand and navigate your life.
My intuitive abilities, including clairvoyance and clairsentience, allow me to share insights that may bring greater understanding to your experiences and the patterns that shape your life. Together, we explore the lens through which you see and experience the world, opening space for clarity, self-discovery, and new possibilities.
Whether your concerns relate to the past, present, or what lies ahead, an Intuitive Empathic Healing session offers an opportunity to examine your experiences, recognize what may no longer serve you, and move forward with greater awareness and understanding.

“When I told Maria my daughter was very ill, she said it would be a long journey but assured me she would be all right. Within days, my daughter's condition worsened; she was readmitted to the hospital. Her organs were failing; the doctors advised us to say goodbye. Feeling grateful for how my yesterdays shaped me.

I walked and danced to the beat of 30k steps these two days. I didn’t think I could take another step. However, the moment I stepped out of my apartment and put on my Afropop music, I couldn’t stop. One hour turns into two or three hours.

Sweet peppers, cherries, cilantro, lemon peel and lemon juice. Oh my!! Last evening I must have spent 7 hours with these fruits and vegetables. While it may seem like a lot of time, I beg to differ. This was time well spent caring for myself. Healing
